I personally recommend this tool (the Sociomaps) very much! This workshop with SPAR was not the first one I did introduce Sociomapping. Performing professional pre-work with the client and with this great support from QED GROUP these workshops really can go into depths, themes are more concrete and target oriented. Sociomaps enable to come to "the point" right away and each member finds himself /herself (with personal strengths and weaknesses) within the map, recognizing the "message" behind the structure very quickly. Thus the identification with the result is very high.
